Having been a company director for over 26 years, both in the UK and Australia, Gerald is currently concentrating on growing FCP’s presence throughout the Asia Pacific region. With a comprehensive background in recruiting, and consulting, focusing on technology, business transformation, SAP implementation and project management, Gerald is well known and highly regarded within many industries. An avid tennis player, and a lover of a good Guinness pie, Gerald will happily catch up over a coffee… or a pint.

A co-founder and Partner of FCP, Andrew brings a unique perspective to recruiting and consulting. Andrew’s ability to support clients through solution design, resource management and business development, has allowed Andrew to become a trusted contact within the industry. With over 15 years’ experience, Andrew has forged long term connections and built a knowledge base that many other recruiters and consultants would struggle to comprehend. If you can’t reach Andrew by email or mobile, he’s probably driving the scenic coast roads with Teddy (@cavoodle_thats_teddy) and will get back to you soon.

With his pragmatic approach to recruitment and consulting, Peter has always been able to identify technology solutions, and match resources with requirements. Peter’s strength lies in liaising directly with managers, where he concentrates on delivering the best outcomes for both businesses and individuals. He is a trusted contact in the local market, known for his dog-eared determination to fill even the hardest requirements, which other recruiters would shy away from. If you ever want to get 10 minutes with Peter just call him… and mention a good curry!

With her skills lying in the more technical roles, Lani is a very hands on consultant. Having been in the industry for many years, Lani knows the Australian, and international, talent pool in depth and prides herself on knowing candidates on a more personal level. Outside of work, Lani enjoys bush walking, baking and gardening. The office loves when Lani brings in fresh oranges from her garden!

Having spent just under five years in Canada, George now calls Perth home. His extensive recruitment knowledge has been applied across several continents, with his main expertise in contract roles. Currently focusing on the IT sector, George is making it his mission to meet and talk to every PM, BA, Scrum Master, and Agile coach. George, being another English Premier League Fan, has dominated the office with his fantasy football team.

Focusing on both functional and technical roles, Polly has rapidly built a knowledge of candidates operating with the Asia Pacific region. She strives to match a candidates skillset and personality to the client’s requirements, therefore creating a cohesive process for all involved. Polly enjoys stepping out of the office to meet any prospective person entering the job market and learning about their career path – she’s always up for a coffee catch up. Outside of FCP, Polly really enjoys getting outdoors whether it be fishing, boating or bike riding.

Joey Tan has joined Full Circle Partners as part of the dedicated Permanent Recruitment Team. Specialising in both SAP and applications space, Joey’s network of contacts spans the whole of Australia.

Joey has been a great addition to the permanent recruitment team and hit the ground running. Joey is always up for a conversation or a coffee meeting.  When not sourcing stand out talent, Joey enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen or exploring Perth’s hiking trails.

Providing the support to the FCP team, Alayna’s the go to person for all things admin. Focusing on contractor engagement, payroll and invoicing, Alayna prides herself on knowing all the FCP contractors on a personal level; she strives to build strong relationships. Alayna will find any excuse to leave Perth and go camping – exploring WA’s country towns is one of her passions.
