Junior Business Process Analyst

We have an exciting opportunities for a Junior Business Process Analyst to join our rapidly growing team, reporting into our Process Improvement Director.  The role is based in Perth with flexible options to work from home 2-3 days a week if desired.

As a Junior Business Process Analyst, you will support the deployment and use of process intelligence tools such as Celonis and Signavio, as well as develop the capability of others in using these tools. You’ll utilise your continuous improvement mindset to support the evolution of process intelligence tools as they evolve.

The right Junior Business Process Analyst will possess strong process & data analysis skills are required to allow you to successfully analyse processes and data to derive insights for our clients. Your skills will support the development and configuration of process maps while partnering with client process owners and business process excellence leads to help them identify improvement opportunities.

We’re seeking an individual with an ability to leverage data and process visualisation tools such as Celonis, Signavio, Power BI or similar to drive business insights. Training will be provided for the successful candidate. You’ll have practical knowledge in designing and building ETL pipelines with SQL for processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data and have Business Process Management (BPM) experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and balance priorities.

About you

  • Undergraduate Degree preferable, with a least two years working experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to improve processes and deliver greater solutions
  • Business Analysis and BPM Mapping capability ​
  • Experience in business process mapping and business improvement​ desirable
  • Hands on, with ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and deliver measured outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written​
  • Adaptable with a strong customer service focus and mindset​
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders​
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to get involved in the business, step outside your remit for the benefit of the business and its priorities where necessary
